Non Traversing Gantry Cranes
Non Traversing Gantry Cranes are used for simple pick and carry up to 1200 tons. These have lift points on either side, and used to lift large loads, and transport to a given spot or load for transportation.
They are much faster and safer than traditional cranes, and usually do not need any rigging for the load.
Non-Traversing cranes are a popular choice of manufacturers in lieu of renting a crane when a business typically only has a small number of lifts per month. We have sold many for under $50,000!

Above video: This was the first of several custom built machines currently operating in General Motors body stamping plants. They are used to move dies weighing up to 50 tons, they can approach the die from any direction, are remote contol and battery operated!
BTW: Our plant is next to the Ferrari test track, and that car is there for a photo opt!
