Bridge Segment Carriers​

Gantry Cranes designed for handling steel or concrete bridge segments always available.  Perhaps one of beautiful things about these machines is they rarely have a lot of hours and are very well maintained.  Down time is super expensive to the operators, they simply can’t go do down!  Most seem to go from one bridge job to the next and are fully serviced and inspected before each project.  

These show on our list in either Traversing Hook or Non Traversing style as there are both types.  In a casting yard where they might build and store hundreds of segments, they’ll use Traversing style, and on the remote bridge site, they might bring them in one at a time and can use a Non Traversing design.
